Network Marketing Opportunies...
Network marketing is something I’ve been the target of for a good 20 years. During that time I was investing in real estate and never took the time to really learn what it was all about.
Considering my company is named CashFlowInstitute.com and we have tens of thousands of customers and subscribers to our videos series, many of those people have turned to me and asked about network marketing.
Until the last year there wasn’t much I could say about it, as I didn’t know. But then I heard Robert Yikosaki, author of the fabulously popular book series “Rich Dad Poor Dad” talk very favorably about network marketing and many of the benefits connected.
Considering he made much of his money investing in real estate as I have, I began to look into it more seriously.
Here’s what I’ve found out about network marketing:
It isn’t a pyramid or scam where a few people end up with loads of money and many, many more don't. I’ve heard people refer to that and it’s only because they don’t understand the structure that is network marketing…
The structure is simple. Network marketing is a distribution system, or form of marketing, which channels goods or services from the manufacturer to the consumer through a "network" of independent distributors or Consultants (you & me). It's a wonderfully effective system that cuts out the "middleman" found in most industries.
Simply put, people just like you and me market products that we’re interested in to people or businesses that have the same category of interest that the product is in.
3. Traditional marketing moves products from the manufacturer to wholesalers, warehousers, shippers, advertisers and retailers before ever reaching the consumer.
In network marketing, all of these "middlemen," including the advertisers, are replaced with independent distributors (you & me) who distribute the same products throughout their own network of consumers. This way, the large profit that would normally go to the wholesalers, warehousers, shippers, advertisers and retailers goes to the independent distributors (you & me) and those who help train them.
4. Leading traditional retailers are known to spend 25–30% of every sales dollar on advertising, media and other promotions, while network marketing uses those same dollars to reward individuals for "word-of-mouth" promotion to create leads. Because network marketing relies on developing and keeping trusted relationships, the product quality and service is often much higher than standard retail brands. After all, if you are going to personally recommend a product to a friend, you have to believe in it! It's impotant to find a network marketing company you have confidence in.
BE YOUR OWN BOSS
What if there was a way you could start a home-based business, just like more than 50 million households did last year, and participate in a $100 billion industry that allows you to:
• Do something you already know how to do
• Work alongside your main job until you've created a large enough secondary income
• Blend family, friends and fun with work and income, allowing more time for both
• Determine your daily activities; instead of someone else determining them for you
• Begin with minimal start up expenses, unlike expensive franchises and other small businesses
• Take advantage of tax savings offered to small businesses
Question: Would you like to have more time and money for your family?
Question: Do you value having creative control over your life and work?
Question: Would you like to benefit from the advantages of owning your own business?
Question: Do you care about others and want to make a positive difference contributing to people's lives?
If any, or all, of the above are true for you, then a network marketing opportunity might just be what you've been looking for.
